Here is abit of a tip.Most work places,including offices,by law requires that there is atleast one first aider per 50 persons.So next time,volunteer yourself as a candidate and have the work place pay the course for you.

Im a huge fan of inserts,most of them cut thier own thread,all you do is drill the hole to the right size,lasts a life time. At about R18 rand a piece,its hard to beat and takes a couple of moments from your life.
