Other than the Eastern Free state, roads not worth riding.  Corrugated roads.  (I am originally from the Free State).  Four days, rather go towards Eastern Cape?  The Karoo roads always nice to ride.

Very good condition. No key. No bracket to fit top box. I am not sure for the model BMW 1200 GS.  Its older, maybe about 2012? R 5000 or nearest cash offer. Collection in Fourways. Bike written of in a crash, obviously without the panniers (and not by me either).

The legs wide to go over the boots, but you will have to take them off. I often just zipped them open for air, hot 40 degree Karoo rides (tar), and yes it defeats the protection objective!

Size 42" waist (106 cm) and 32" (is that 82 cm) leg.

You do not have to travel far.  N3 South, at Villiers take dirt roads to Memel. Between Memel and Harrismith, do all the dirt road passes.  Go down the pass, back up the same one, and do the next, similarly, stay in Verkykerskop.  Doing the same pass down and back up, sounds stupid but is giving...

I have done the Burn, only once; were well prepared in 4x4 caravan.  You have to do at least 1 in your life time.  Rest all mentioned, food, self sufficient, you can ride out and go buy food at the padstal etc., and come back again, can be worth a decent meal each day.  Not allowed to ride...
