I had to retire from riding due to injury and am selling off my gear.

I went to a Dr Smith at Milnerton, and a Dr Demblon in Claremont - mine was a pre-existing injury which flared up again after taking a tumble. It amounts to an impinged shoulder joint, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome all rolled into one happy package :-\ - they both reckoned there...
sigh...been to a GP, 2 orthopaedic surgeons and about 4 months of physio - the only solution any of them has is cortisone, which only masks the problem. Don't suppose you know of anyone?
A tragedy really - I'm utterly miserable about it...my arm is completely stuffed, meaning a doctor's visit and a handful of myprodol every time I ride. The doctor's prognosis is that it will just keep getting worse if I keep riding and that even surgery promises no guarantee of making it better...

Ankle is soundly borked (torn ligaments for sure) - nothing time, rest and a little myprodol won't fix! A bunch of the other guys (8 or 10?) headed back to town on the tar after the first stretch next to the tracks.
