    Thanks for all your replies and suggestions. I think I'll keep an eye out for a bike around 200 to 350cc range +-. Those cheap little XR125's are great bikes and ideal to learn on.

    I bought a 'cheapy' 2014 XR125 on a whim to see if I might enjoy riding a bike again. (Last had a bike - a little Suzuki A100 as a 18 year old varsity student). The 125 has been great but after 2 years of riding it the bug has bitten and I'm looking for something a bit bigger. Suggestions welcome.
