We found a piece of rubber debris in one of the non return valves, oil leak stopped. No idea where the rubber came from, but the scooter was do happy it gave me unexpected wheelie 😁

We've serviced this bike in June, did a trip to Sabie and it started to drain oil through the airbox and out of the drain pipe, more if we switch off the bike and let it stand for a while. We replaced the waterpump, drove 320km to see what it does with minimal oil, and still puked out oil.

A lot of oil, my oil tank is basically empty. We added some oil with the oil filter removed as per image, and it's seaping through the small hole in the middle.

Are there any other symptoms if this is the case?

We've checked that there's not too much oil in the bike, it's not smoking, oil is still honey colour, does not smell like it's burnt, exhaust air is clean, starts once, idling is perfect, no funny sound from the bike, oil filter is clean, bike still have a lot of power. Does that picture look...

No not yet. That's the last thing we need to do

So, we have this problem that the oil is going into the airbox, all known problems have been eliminated. But now we have found this and was wondering if the non return valve looks right or not?
