    and dont forget your mozzie repelant and meds (Doxycyline or Malarone) if going into a malaria area. If going to really remote sites (eg cross border)  ask your GP or Pharmacist  to prescibe a dose of Amoxycillin and Flagyl antibiotics for just incase u pick up some babd nunu`s
