Hi Kamanya. That has always been my thoughts as well, however the guy doing my carbs says they can physically see wear on the flap? I don't know anymore! Just rebuild my motor and can't ride my bike. Not cool.

Hey Did Apparently the butterflies are worn and allowing too much air at idle and quarter throttle. Bike increases RPM and isn't happy unless at over half open throttle. Apparently we can't only buy butterflies??

Hi All. I'm seriously looking for complete carbs or butterflies for my 950. Anybody know of something please. Surely there is a bike parked somewhere not being used or blown motor or something. Any help will be appreciated. Many thanks Peeps.

yOU KNOW WHAT! I DONT HAVE ANYMORE SPARES, iV STOPPED BUILDING THESE BIKES AS IT JUST EATS MONEY! SPEND MORE ON THE REBUILD THAN THE BIKE IS WORTH, sorry about the caps, not shouting just too lazy to re type!

Iv got a pin tailed Wydah in my garden in Midrand , He thinks the bird feeder is his so spends his day chasing all the other birds. You are welcome to come and photograph it if your interested in this. And we can have a beer as well!

I think it has to do with the length of time you have your head stuck inside the freaking helmet. It seems to restrict my airflow! Cant stand it! Almost become paranoia!
