Some more progress Polished up the tank cap also cleaned and polished the carb Found a new headlight for it, will now be using an H4 bulb so should be good at night, also adding the screen to cover the clocks, expecting mixed opinions regarding it but not too bothered as I like it...

VHT does not require a primer, 3-4 layers and its done. Generally I start with a good de greasing session, like really a day of cleaning, and then I apply paint, but the best option is to close all openings and have the motor sandblasted If you plan on completely stripping the motor ceramic...

Thanks man ;D Yeah its polyurithane based paint, comes from the states, think autostyle sells it up in JHB/PTA (all the same to the capies) Its awesome stuff, very heat resistant, Its what I used on my BWS motor, you can go check the pics in the thread, after a year of riding it still looks...
