Well said Maestro. I know we all gave each other alotta stick about each others bikes, but it was all good poking humor with no malicius intent and IMO should be present during rides  ;) . It also shows how well we connected as a group this weekend. Nobody took anything personal or got angry...

Absolute pleasure Dusty! That route ranks under my top 3 for the Southern Cape. I've ridden past 2 snakes on that route with TR because I was looking around so much! He allmost had a heart attack and I didn't know what was going on - I was just high on the scenery...    ::) It is a pity that...

Errrm - if the scenery to Boegoeberg was like the Namib I would have voted for it too!! Obviously it's not. I agree with this. I also think it is unfair to always have the bash far from Gau. But looking at the distances Boegoeberg as the crow flies is actaully quite far from Gau. It's further...

Comparing the two I'm sure travelling from Jozi to Hoggsback or Coffee Bay would be a helluva lot more interesting....regardless of cc. It's also not the place or the distance that's the problem it's the journey there. I don't know of anyone that'll do 80km/h on dirt-highways - if they don't...
