I use this road twice daily.  The single lane going south from the DST is probably the cause for many frustrated drivers.  The single road connecting from the east on this single lane also adds to the problem.  A few drives on the white line as well, making lane splitting dangerous. Not a nice...

My wife owns my bakkie.  I'm on my 650GS daily, 20km round trip.  Two short hiolidays per day ... :)

My dealer cable lasted one year, my custom built one now 6 months.  I made it slightly longer than needed, so if it snaps, I can repair it.

I used a gromet/pypieding  and crimping tool on mine a while back.  Emergency repair that lasted about two weeks. :)  Just saying.

Just imagine all the old toppies in 40 years.  :biggrin:

Thanks for the info.  Seems my supplier screwed me! :) R400 onco it will be for mine till the weekend.  Then I will have to make a plan to make it fit. :)
