Has anybody had problems with an  ignition switch that does not always make contact? I sometimes have to wiggle the key or switch on and off a few times before the lights would come on. Any suggestions of how to fix without taking it to stealers?

The preload adjuster on my 1200GS is stuck at the highest setting and won't budge. Anyone had this before, or know how to fix it? Any help full suggestions would be appreciated as I don't want to force it and then maybe break it.

Hi Guys and Galls I need to scout a route (as much dirt as possible) from Centurion to Tosca. It will happen some weekend in Feb 2013. Near Tosca is a lot of thick sand and I am riding a 1200 Geen Sand, so I fully expect to come short a couple of times. That is why I do not want to do it alone...

Since replacing my front brake pads (make = breaking) on my 2007 1200 GS it makes an annoying chirrrr sound when applying the front brake. Anybody have an idea what is causing it and maybe how to fix it?
