    Sikaflex Tubeless Conversion

Unfortunately this process is to difficult to explain. You need to be an expert in the Poly-urethane industrie with a couple of years experience, and still, all the Poly guys out there won't be able to assist you. (f... it up) All I can suggest, is for you to coerier those wheels down and let me...

    Sikaflex Tubeless Conversion

You need to be in the Poly business (bakkie linings), you can't apply this technique by hand. However, if this isn't done properly, you'll still have leaks, i've done a couple now, with no problems.

    Sikaflex Tubeless Conversion

Even safer, Polyurethane the whole rim! And you don't have to wait a week, 2 hour's and off you go. And with no effect to the wheel balancing and handling. What about the 1200's and other tubeless bikes then, don't they get smiley's? Why do they make them tubeless then? It all depends how you drive(cautious), if you're a serious offroader, don't use my idea, mine is only for adventure riders travelling normal dirtroads. And if you're scared of...

    Sikaflex plus tubes???

If you are an adventure rider, don't go with the Tubliss system at all, that's what I'm trying to say to the people (save some bucks!). If you want to go that route (serious offroading), then install the Tubliss. Mine is only for guys doing adventure riding. It's just so much more conventional...

    Sikaflex plus tubes???

Doerengone , I've fitted the tyres (must be tubeless tyres) to the rims, with no inner tubes, and it seals perfectly. What's the use of an inner tube then, if you can only plug & play? Only sikaflex won't work, trust me, it's not as strong as Polyurethane and there will be small leaks. (safety...

    Sikaflex plus tubes???

No, Hondsekierie, sikaflex and polyurethane is two different things, sikaflex is a sealer, whereas Polyurethane is the same substance you use for bakkie liners, although you get different types(strenght) as well. it's much more durable than sikaflex. The secret though is how you apply the poly...

    Sikaflex plus tubes???

I've got the solution, Polyurethane the rims, it works perfect! Then throw the tube away, done a couple of rims, no problem, keeps the pressure 100%.
