I would say, if you have done less than 40K and chain is buggered, replace only the chain, More than that, I would say change the set.

Changed my chain at 38K due to excessive wheeling.... >:D My sprockets was still fine at that milige, but then your chan only last 20K after that. The norm is you change the whole set....chain and sprockets. But I did it to see how long the chan will last. As long as you lube your chain and do...

I weigh 70Kg with kit, but I only have the weaving with my top box on around 220Km/h whithout it 260km/h and NO problems.... I have the touratech aluminum top box.

I have the same problem on my 1190R but only with my Topbox on.

Hi Guys Need some help here, anyone know where the air temperature transmitter sits? With the EDS failure my suspension cannot raise, nor can it lower. Any suggestions? There are some threads about this topic on the net, but its very sketchy.... But figured I will start at the Temp sensor.

Hi Boys and Girl`s, having this EDS fail on my screen but bike still drive as normal...? I am sure this has been a topic before but the search function does not work so lekker.... Together now and then the Air temp sensor malfunction and give me a ICE warning in 37deg weather.....  :imaposer: . ...

Aha thanks, Came right over the wwekend, valves looks nice, but what a mission to get to the top covers... :patch: almost stripped the whole bike.... :imaposer: but now I know how.. easy as pie!! Still not sure how you van charge 2k just to CHECK the clearance... Its more like R1700 to know how...

Stripped my Xchal for spares, had a wipeout at 30km/h and and bended my selector forks in the gearbox, Insurance paid out and bought another one for 10K more. So now I have a lot of spares.... engine had 47 000 Km on it
