I am seriaaasly looking for a reputeable bike shop or mechanic who will be able to rebuild an XT for me at reasonable rates. Does anybody know of someone preferably Cape Town area as I am from George. If the pricing is not too bad I would like the Dakar modification to be done. This can only be fun.

I am urgently looking for a megnito for an XT 500. If anybody have one or know where I can find one it will be much appreciated. I will of course pay for it and have it collected.

Who knows this bike? What is it worth and are spares readily available? It seems to be in fairly good condition but needs a pickup and or condenser. All I know is that it is a beast and has got plenty power.
