Ok so i have had my bike lowered when i initially bought it with the linkage, but it is still a bit high to my liking. What are the chances of lowering it further by depressing the spring, i see there is thread for turning the ring further?

So i heard some disturbing news today, it seems these bikes only to about 10 000km before a rebuild is necessary, any truth in this statement??? I am going to do that mileage in less than a year..... What mileage your bikes on any problems??? :pot:
