looking for an xt 500 seat

Hey blokes anyone got some advice on how to take out the aluminium bearing dust cover on the drive side of the xt500 rear wheel? I want to renew the bearings but cant get this friggen thing out? It has a large o ring around it and fits in the hub pretty snug. Haynes recons just lift it out...

Hey guys I'm looking for some diagnostics... My xt500 back wheel locked up while riding about 100kmph. Luckily on tar and without pillion  ;D. I pulled the clutch in and motor was dead (while tire screeching and disappearing). As i let it out again the motor came loose and run started again...
