So I got a response from Arai, though it be a month later. What they are telling me is that every one else's helmet is faulty and that it is only mine that works perfectly... Ha ha ha ha ha

The dealer told me to bring it back for a refund, but I really like TX4 helmet . I am having problem with the Arai distributor. They say they can't swap it out as their is a problem with the stock they have. They appently all have the same problem with the visor not staying up. Appently waiting...

I am giving them (Arai SA) time to respond, after that I will post their crappy responses.

They told my they have a problem with the whole whole TX4 range, they are hiding behind the international supplier and have all kinds of excuses. I can take it back and and get my money back but then what do I buy.

I had mine serviced twice at the Arai agent. They could not resolve it, visor still dropping down. Was told they don't now how to resolve the problem. The helmet is not even six month old. Aria helmets is bloody nice but they can't resolve issues, useless at in fact. What a shame.

Any one else have a problem with the visor not staying open on the TX-4? Really irritates me to death.

What kind of warranty is available with your new jackets especially the zips?
