Scuff them up with scotch bright, spray plastic primer,  then spray 2k white and ur done.

Update on the AX... Added a set of sporty tyres to the bike, those stock ones are just bad! Bike leans over like a dream now... Sadly, though, the bike has a 2 stroke knock, so will have to take the head off in Jan to see what's up! Will never buy a salvage bike again! hahaha... One thing I am...

Been a while since I updated this thread... Bike's almost finished now, all it needs is it's rear fender which should be done today... Here's a pic of the bike and the customer taking it for a test spin!

Thats a sexy bike FJR... I have this bike back in my shop again.  Client wants to sell. Sadly he lost the papers and the contact details for the guy who sold it to him. I'm gong to try get hold of them though. Bike runs beautifully tho

OK, So there's not alot of updates since last time, but I said I'd post some more pics... This is the frame after we painted it and the last pic is of the frame and swing arm, which is bear metal with clear over it... More will follow as work progresses...

You can also spray the original cover with hobbyn paint they use on the RC cars. Comes in plenty colours and is translucent.
