I have done the jetting but the position of the clip is at the top position of the needle. So this means the needle is totally at his lowest point inside the carburator. My fuel consumption on tar at 120 and giving it full blast at every robot is 4.7 liters /100 km.

I now lowered the needle inside the carburator fully so that the clip is totally on the top and in last possible position to clip it in and it still works great.  And i have now a fuel consumption of 4.7 liters/100 km if i drive 120 km/hour.

I took my bike for a little spin and i think it needs some cleaning now.

Thanks guys but filling with epoxy and redrilling on the same position will be a problem because it will be a superthin film of epoxy which will loosen. Or can i drill next to it afther filling. Is the position of the holes important?

Ok, i will do the same then but i am carefull because if you cut too much away you could loose more power than you gain in the end. Good that you did the prototyping so now i can do the same. Did you leave the little plates then closed again?
