    I've heard of a couple of people that prefer doing it this way. You need to take the initial risk though and hope it pans out. The longer it works the more you benefit

    100% correct - book retail less excess...... no extras loaded. Lesson - Don't ever think it wont happen to you, no matter the precautions you take. Be prepared

    Agreed, My driveway is also fairly long and narrow, Bike cannot be seen from the road and is boxed in by my sons car. I suspect they picked it up over the car until clear to push away (after they broke the steering lock. Too make matters worse, they would've had to push it past our bedroom...

    Sorry to hear about your loss Danie, I recently also became a statistic unfortunately - Its kak!!! I saw a post on a group recently of some arrests and 2 bikes recovered, lets hope they can get a couple more back and release the thieving elements to the victims of their actions:censored:

    Capital Park (central) - They removed a 1200 from another property around the corner the previous night, and I believe a KTM and Africa Twin in Elardus Park, so the hunt is on for duellies. You'll notice the white bakkie in video, it must've been part of the operation as another video shows it...
