Yeah. You probably correct, could flat it 20mm from each corner. I only have it on when carrying luggage so hopefully the luggage will buffer it. Actually, come to think of it I don't fall ...... Yeah right!

I think it is a good price. The main thing is - does he want to do it! At the right price, with the right marketing he will get customers. He has most things needed to do it so give it a go. I would be interested.

Doesn't look bad to me. I don't think that part will wear out very quickly.

Might be worth checking. After an engine rebuild I forgot to tighten the bolt on the starter motor where the earth cable goes.
