made a set of wood-ruff keys out of 4x4 keysteel, and sourced one of these special washers from Peter Moody.

cleaned the two gears up by leaving it in deoxidine over night.

Moving on with the motor.. I was lucky enough to find the missing timing gears at the CMC. On the second picture you will see that I had to buy a whole crank just to get the one gear.

striiped the frame and sent it in to get sandblasted

detabbed the frame and cleaned up all all the other spots

Cleaned them up with a file

I had the joins welded up by a professional

Frame stretched, welds must get finished up and then it's time to for the Girder front end.

Top section cut off, and 22mm extensions machined

Top Section heated up and bent down

Assemled and tacked into place

Machined extensions out of 1" solid round bar

we proceeded to cut the bottom tubes, same place at both ends.

So we started with securing the rear axle plates. By using a M16 Threaded rods and locking it into place.

This is sort off where i am heading with the build, here you can also see how it will look with a 100mm (4" Strectch)

Louwrens from L.J. Miller Engineering offered to help me with stretching my frame. He had all the correct tools and very well made expensive jigs to make sure everything is spot on. Here is the standard frame in set up in the jig.
