Deflector are about 900 Mandelas-order from Silas @ Continental Cars-easy to fit and work a charm

Hi-sadly i need to sell this awesome bike,i am too dof to post pics,but can mail you some if you pm me.Done 5000km,absolutely spotless,in metallic orange,new Laser Duo-Tech stainless exhaust(looks and sounds stunning) with 2 different baffles,wind deflectors (from GSA) that work like a treat...

Also had oil leak rear cylinder (tappet cover); sidestand spring came off whilst riding on flat tar road-engine just died;front brake switch warning light came on AGAIN,after previous repair/part replacement.Quite a few niggles,but stand spring loss can cause accident.Still an awesome bike though.

Nope,normal operating temp-i had already ridden abut 70km with no adverse effects and temp was about 20C

Bike back from Agents,diagnostic scan done-nothing found??? Goes fine- i certainly hadn't smoked anything untoward when it happened, and it was like that for at least 40km.Maybe that little "Murphy" fellow???

Bike experienced radical power loss above 6000 rpm "out of the blue"-suspect it went back into "off road' mode but wouldnt reset despite efforts to change modes.Indicator showed it was in normal full power  setting-tried switching bike on and off to reset but to no avail.  Quite disconcerting...

Planning a ride from Barkly East on R356 to Wartrail area,then R393 along Lesotho border to R392 to Sterkspruit and Lady Grey.Has anyone done this ride recently that can comment on road conditions etc?

Did gravel rd trip of about 170km (1190 Adv)on "off road' power setting and about 45km on full power tar setting,together with buddy on 990 Adv with Akr pipes/filter etc.My 1190 used exactly 3 litres less fuel over 200km.Overall cons for 400km trip was 19l/100km,but we didnt go mad-Kudu...
