They probably come right in Iringa, quite a big expat community there, someone bound to be able to help. If not they should find something in Mbeya. There's a Toyota workshop in Uyole (10km before Mbeya) just past the turnoff to Kikuyu and the Malawi border. The owner there will help for sure...
