Since I first posted my bike for sale in November 2019, I have probably put less than 100km on it. I will have to let it go. The particulars are as follows: 2011 BMW R1200 GSA with 52 700km on the clock. ABS, ESA etc. Mitas E07 tyres. Tyre repair kit & toolkit included. Full service history...

I have driven the Rosmincol road to Groot Marico a few times with a 4x4, but never on a bike. I agree that it is a nice scenic route and I will also be interested in a trip in that direction.

RIP. Condolences to Dredd, his family and Hanna's friends. My son is a student at Stellenbosch and something like this always hits home very hard. I cannot imagine what her family must be going through. So senseless! 

Thanx Tom, your post revived this report which I haven't read before. I enjoyed every moment of it over the past couple of days when I had the time. Xpat, there is serious pressure on you to complete this, we are all looking forward to the rest!
