The Kloof is very dry as a result from the drought. So not much of river crossings. They have worked on the road on both sides of the mountain at Bergplaas. Have done this trip before and it was great.

Nice pics you took. I visited Bakkrans on a few previous occasions after mountainbike trips from Rooihoek. Lovely place to rest out. Have you ever tried the road from Bakkrans over Uniondale through the Prins Alfred Pass to Knysna. It is worth the while.
