On my 2nd tank, 2009 model with 17700km, just over 14L, and range indicated is 180km...not 320km0on both fill ups. Any ideas why a full tank show 180km range ? Does it require a software update or reset? I'm averaging about 5.4L/100km.

What's the estimated engine lifespan of these bikes? Met someone recently with a 2006 F650GS, 140 000 km, have from new with full service history via BMW...thinks that if he decides to sell this daily commuter , might look for about R20k. Bike looks immaculate...Consider or stay away??
