Yah that Ardendorf riveter is rubbish, the rivetting pin moulded to the shape of the rivet instead of peening it! But popped a ball bearing in at the interface an managed to get the chain riveted. Waste of R345

Looking for someone (Southern Suburbs would be first prize) that can weld the ignition post back onto a 1150GS triple clamp. Bike was stolen and since recovered but with the obvious ignition and lock damage! Can this be safely welded?

If it ain't broke, just leave it. The F800 can be a pig to bleed, I've done it a couple times for maintenance work but it series hit and miss. Once done, run till the fan comes on, the feel that the radiator is actually hot throughout, and not just warmed by engine heat. Haynes says 1.3L capacity
