Hi Guys, I moved to CT recently, where can I buy a oil filter for my xr650l in southern suburbs? Leaving for baviaans on friday, thought I had a spare but cant seem to find it   ???

Your welcome Marvin. :thumleft: From previous experience, CDI  (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) They work or simply don't, I have not yet experience erratic behaviours with CDI, 2T or 4T. Don't think you should be worried. ;)

Hi Marvin, I had the same issue a while back. Warm the bike up, and let it idle, turn the fuel/mix screw +/- a quarter turn to the left (leaner), also listen to the engine you will notice that it idling is smoother. :ricky: My 2c ;)

Ja nee kyk, jy het n regte kop krapper hier. Try this, ride the bike lean on the throttle thru the rev range and then close throttle completely if pops and back fires on deceleration then its too lean on the pilot jet. Ride the bike again lean throttle thru the rev range for about 2-3 km...

Hi MD, did you make two the holes in the slide 4mm? Also check that you blocked off the vacuum pipes properly. Did the daves mode 4 weeks ago, current setup 58 pilot 162 main, running.

Yep. Ask the okes with the zef golfs and HUGE aerofoils on the back    :laughing4: Don't forget to hang your CD with a American flag/ bandana on the rear view mirror + box of twinsaver tissues on the back board/ speaker board.
