Big traffic jam coming through Paarden Eiland this morning. Saw a bike on the top flyover leaning against the retaining wall. All the Paramedic's (dozens of them) were attending to someone below. I guess the biker was knocked against the wall and fell over about 5 meters. Anyone know what happened?
