I second that...the TT one works great! 180km/h with the visor open! I had the proper Aerotrim for my KTM990 and it didn't do a thing for me!

Ive done mine on my ex-KTM with a hydralic press. The mallet idea is not likely to work as I needed just under 3 tons of pressure to fix a smallish smiley...BUT there is always the chance of damaging the rim further. If there is no leak and it runs true then leave it as it is!  :thumleft:

I've done the reverse and swapped my 990 for a GSA! (ducking for cover!!) The question you should ask is what will your riding focus be? If you answer mostly offroad and a little bit of tar then the KTM is yours but if its gonna be more tar than offroad, you should stick to the GS. The KTM is...

Try some electrical contact cleaner 1st. Spray it till the dirt starts running out. The contact cleaner will evaporate and should leave it nice and clean. Then a small dab or WD40 or similar to lube it again.  :thumleft:
