I was very disappointed, the attendance was good with some great people watching. I thought the exhibitions were very average. For the high cost of admission i was seriously expecting more, doubt ill be be back next year.

Zog - Looking at your Biltong box - you may have too many bulbs in there. I found with too high a watt bulb that i actually cooked the meat. a low watt bulb just keeps the humidity out of the air and then the fan dries the meat out. I also found that if i cured the meat too long in the vinegar...

I agree I looks quite rough. I have long legs so can paddle the s10, my mate on his multistrada might be less comfortable

Thanks for the advice, i want a scenic ride but don't really want to end up damaging the bike... or myself . Sounds like i should rather do it on a plastic
