Thanks guys, definitely not water into the intake as none got up that high. However i did find that the kick start cable near the foot peg was perished so more than likely the stall in water was due to a short circuit at that spot. I'll be testing this out soon to make sure this was the only...

Sorry guys, getting the hang (slowly) of how to use this platform! Thanks for the replies so far. Query.... if the crank case tube were to be blocked would this cause such a quick stall reaction so soon (seconds) after entering water?

Hi all, looking for some help/advice. I went through a deepish puddle on my AT (RD07A) the water came up above the foot pegs, I didnt go through fast so no big splash was made so unlikely any water went higher than my ankles when on the foot pegs. The bike stalled mid puddle, but started again...

Just dinged my AT. Anyone know where I can find a good 2nd hand tank or alternatively have this one repaired?

A quick question...I see on an earlier post by Ratrap(?) a heat sink for a regulator for an XRV 750  AT is mentioned.. plse enlighten me as to what and why this is and also confirm what mods or replacement is advised for the fuel pump....
