Price drop

Mines for sale. Will drop to R35k I’ve used the bike for mix purpose and it’s awesome. Only thirsty when wide open, likes to eat tyres if you ride hard. Hard to beat the grin factor Spent a lot of money(mechanically), running the best it has done. Paperwork up to date.

Thanks for the feedback. This bike is neat and sorted, motor redone not too long ago but Yamaha Durban with Honda parts. Rebuild on the motor cost R26k. Willing to negotiate but know the market is dead.

Sadly selling my XR600R, I have had some great times with this bike but need to get rid of a few bikes Motor build about 5k km ago, recently replaced wheel bearings and did the carb flap mod ( fitted a billet Ali one from XR's only) Starts easy if you know how and starts first kick when warm...

I have one currently for sale. Bought from a mate who immigrated. Paperwork is an issue and not the cleanest bike to be honest. It runs well. New battery and carb cleaned. Would let a dog have it for R8500

I am a fairly new rider at the tender age of 30.( didn't grow up riding 2 wheels - although rode bicycles)  My first bike being a SR500 that needed alot of love, I learnt some basic mechanics as one does when breaking down often...My dad had some space at home with basic tools and the hobby...

I’ve owned a few SRs. If you didn’t open the motor( what condition are the rocker arms in?) if it’s only abit noisy at higher RPM then maybe check oil pressure( pump seals or lobe wear limits). I think it’s 0.10mm on the inlet and 0.15mm on the exhaust. Make sure the system is bled as well. Out...

If the price is right...although would probably regret it.
