On a personal level each of the people that works there is friendly and very helpful. But when push comes to shove on delivering the actual goods.....I'm sorry to say I've had nothing but chaos and poor service.

Unfortunately this is becoming the norm...especially at a lot of so called dealerships. Either the mechanics don't know what they are doing, or they do know what they are doing but don't care!

Bought a new 2015 KTM 690 from a Cape Town Dealer. 1st trip to Die Hel there was dust in the airbox, but no oil loss. Queried this with dealer who's response was that they know nothing about any airbox/ filter problems on the 690. So I don't take any of my bikes to them for servicing!!!!
