No I have not, it is still quiet.

Ks on it now 16800 or so. Early on the cam chain tensioner failed. Replaced with new OEM part. Recently replaced the headstock bearings. Oh, also did the fork seals last year. These still leak occasionally but I get away with a scrape clean. O

My faithful daily run-about in Moz since 2014. Home made tail rack, isolator switch for headlight, Dunlop knobbies, FMF tail pipe, all "town" lights removed. Otherwise stock standard.

Thanks, I really like it and for once there is very little I feel that needs to be changed or farkled. Gobs of power and torque and feels like it could do with another gear so may just up the front sprocket by a tooth. This of course may be just my perception as the last few years have been...

Any vendors stock or can get me an aftermarket tank? Not the type that goes on the rear, a main tank replacement please. I want to replace the budget mild steel standard tank due to light surface rusting inside, I have had to clean the "teabag" injector pump filter once already. Not too stressed...

Not a Rally but a CRF250L. Same issue. Stripped it properly the other day, cleaned the old grease out of both the bearings and races, no sign of damage at all. Greased it nicely with that black messy lithium bearing grease and put it all back together. It's like a bought one now  ;D

I had a complete exhaust custom made for my NC, 43mm stainless from head to can. Cat delete. For less than the price of an upper end slip on. It now sounds like a V twin with that 270 deg crank. Nice growl and not like a screaming eagle Harley! Also pulls better, zero fueling issues. Fusion...
