Hi guys, I am coming to SA for the first time 1st April for 15 days. The plan is: fly into Johannesburg, hire or buy a bike, it's a big country so intend to come back more than once. I am hoping to get a small duel sport or small trail bike, 250 to 400 would be idea, if not I will hire whatever...

Yep I did it, but not one of my best decisions,  I would have enjoyed it better on a bigger bike. In the sand loaded I was down to 35kph :) you have to put in the hours.
