I had my tank repaired after being bumped. The tank had a dent on the right hand side. After getting it back and putting it back onto the bike AND filling the tank, the guage shows empty and the reserve light remains on. Any suggestions what the problem could be? Thanks

According to the BM manual the GS1100 takes a Bosch FR6 DDC spark plug. None of the bike shops (or Midas) in my area stock these plugs so my question is does anyone use anything other spark plugs (eg NGK) in the GS besides those stiplulated in the manual?
