thats the idea yes agree and spares availability for certain Brands ie KTM vs Yamaha etc?

Suppose one can always DHL spares in but costly and time consuming.

Thanks Pierre. I'm a fairly accomplished off-road rider and done some hard enduro riding. My main question is about spares availability in Africa should one run into technical difficulty. KTM spares may not be as available as say Yamaha or is that not an issue? I would prefer to take a KTM 690...
