Just bought the bike so not sure when it was last checked.  Just of late we have had to give it quite a few kicks to start.  We will put it on trickle charge tonight and see how it goes.  If no joy then yes, will probably have to replace the battery.  Thanks all for your input.

Not sure if this could be contributing to the problem but I took the battery out last night as a start to the investigation to find it dry!!!! 

I was also thinking of off road / gravel road rides.  Not really ready to do the quarry thing.

Are there any newbies / learners / ladies who want to get together to ride, where we can go nice and slow so that we can learn without the pressure of having to keep up with the pro's.  Anyone out there interested?  This would be in the Cape Town area and surrounds.

My understanding is that the pilot scheme was first introduced in Gauteng and is now being introduced in the Western Cape.  We do licencing of vehicles for customers and if they are based in Gauteng, we have to continually run to pay outstanding fines for them before we can get their new licences.

My bike seems to have a small electrical problems.  Apparently when riding my back light goes on and off and when the indicator is on, the headlight also flashes from dim to bright. Are there some areas I can check or should the bike go to an pro to get checked out.  Please note you are talking...
