I have a 2016 AT (manual) that has done 36 000 km.  As the warranty is now over I am thinking of doing my own oil changes and only taking the bike in for the "major" services.  What make of oil would you recommend ?

Does the Cam Chain Tensioner on a 1996 KLE need adjusting or is it self adjusting?  If self adjusting how can I tell if it is on its limit and whether the Cam Chain needs to be replaced?
