I am looking for a pair of boots for my son, just for normal gravel travel etc on his "new" CRF250X.  He has all the kit except the boots, I thought he could get a used pair from his buddies who race, but that didn't pan out. New ones are a bit expensive at this stage - Budget is about R1,500...

I only saw this thread now, and I can confirm that Porra's Plunge was spectacular - I thought him and the bike were going to disappear under water ! - so sorry there was no pic, or video ;D The reason we watch Abre changing tyres is that he is so damned good at it, we can only gaze in awe..
