What's the guys view's on the Bason exhaust.

Its norm to back fire mine does, when i tap, i have a bason exhaust, cold start starts easy, choke fully open no probs.

My klr has got 3200 km on the clock, and i notice that i use 250ml oil every aprox 500km, i did the break in period according to the manufacture specs etc, and never exceed the 5000 rpm on top gear. I contacted the dealer as its still under warranty, they say bring it in and they will re hone...

What would you say its torque range is?

Machined my own brass bushes, found to be much better than the needle rollers, cheeper as well,Xl 500 going well.
