AFAIK the damping cannot be independently adjusted when in Enduro Pro mode. In this mode the damping is a function of the pre-load setting and the dynamic (real-time) adjustment based on the sensor from the rear suspension. For interest sake, which pre-load setting are you using?

I went through a few sets of Battlewing tyres on my 1200 GS.  On average I got 12 000km per rear tyre and 18 000 to 20 000km per front tyre.  They are bias towards road riding, but are ok for offroad riding as long as it isn't muddy.
