Bike is now definitely on the market.

I've been running E07 front and back since they first came out, on my 1200GS. Get excellent kilo's from them and am comfortable on dirt tracks, dirt roads and tar. Have experienced no major problems with them.

Sorry guys am a bit snowed under work wise at the moment. Will post photo's of the other stuff as soon as I get a break.

I am on my third set of E07 front and back. No problems tar or dirt.

Good advice from T9ER guys. I would also go for a 450 for this race. Make sure you got plenty of fluids with you, not much water out there. The only other thing is, remember that every track and road in Botswana is considered a public road by the locals. The cops do go out and tell them to stay...

I ran this race for many years. Expect sand, sand and more sand. Every plant has thorns. Very cold at night, early morning and hot during the day. Don't rest under shady trees other wise the ticks will get you. Watch out for goats and donkeys, they have no respect for you and your bike. Watch...

Don't know about the Honda but can give a bit of feedback on the TTR250 as I had one. I used it for playing and for finding off road race routes for both bikes and cars. Amazing little bike. Fast enough for me to have come off and broke five ribs in eight places and puncture a lung, but light...
