Advice please. My 2012 Moto Mia Monza, 250cc, is underpowered. I have fitted a free flow silencer and a larger main jet. Slight improvement but not much. Any ideas what to do to get a bit more power out of the bike?

:ricky: For comfort and safety one needs to spend a bit more to get quality stuff. I need to change my front tyre too - current one (Continentale Enduro Pro) does not "feel" right / comfortable in corners and especially on dirt. Where did you buy your new front and at what price?

Report 3:- opened up and checked all connections again, found (possibly) a loose connection. Started bike and voila!!! When idling, headlamp beam nice and bright (bit of flickering). Give it revs, the beam grows dimmer and dimmer till it only glows. OK, something is stuffed. What?  ???

Motomike - I am going forward. Opened up, checked everything I can check, opened, cleaned and shut every connection that can open and shut. Must have touched something. The headlamp is now completely dead, does not even glow now and then. Next step is to go borrow a tester.

Have a problem with the headlight of my 1981 Honda 500R. One minute it is working perfect, then it dims and only glows. A bit later it is perfect again. Tried but can not determine what the problem is. I need an Electrician in the Gordonsbay / Strand / Somerset-West area. Any suggestions?
