I actually left the silver insulation in place during the bandsaw cutting, then used a trimming knife and cut about 6mm back from the new edge... Tidy as.!! Greg.

That cover was easy to cut down.. I laid some masking tap on the surface to mark the cut line, and cut it in a woodworking bandsaw. I then drilled and cut the inner area with a copping saw and smoothed the edges of with a scraper. Although I have ridden the last 6 months without the exhaust...

The Yamaha taller screen does absolutely nothing.... >:( I have: 1/ std screen 2/ Yamaha tall screen 3/ Calsci touring screen 4/ Calsci short tinted screen..... The only option that remedies the wind buffeting problem is the std screen with the addition of the MotorradWorks windscreen adjuster...
