Howzit fellow Dogs, need some assistance please. Helping a friend who's kid doesn't know how to treat a good bike. She (mother of the fellow) has the authority to have it sold but neither she nor I have any idea what/where to start as an asking price and problem is I cant find anything online for that year/model.
As noted its a 2004 BMW R1200R in good to reasonable condition with 58K on the clock, dont have the service record but do know it was serviced by BMW in George. Bike been standing for about 7 months since the kid 'bought' it from his Pops, who passed in Feb, bike is eventually registered in the kids name so paperwork is up to date.
Bike is presently in my possession in Cape Town.
Any advice will help.
