My trusty 690 is up for sale - a sad day indeed. It’s a 2009 model with 26,000kms and a LOT of extras:

Safari tank (making a total of 26l - approx 500km range)
Leo Vince exhaust - header pipe ceramic coated and heat treated 2 months ago
HID headlight
Wide footpegs
Seat rebuilt by Danesh (softer than original plank)
Rear rack (NL Designs)
Rear tyre is finished, front has 2500kms. Have Mitas enduro rear in good condition which will go with bike.

Rally Raid stuff:
Replacement for rear fuel cap (original designs gets dirt in engine)

Replacement lower tank mounting bolts

Replacement upper tank/subframe mounting bolts

Side stand isolator switch (still in box - I carry with spares)

Replacement thermostat switch (kicks fan in at 88 instead of 105C)

The bar setup is almost entirely Highway Dirt Bikes who’s stuff is absolutely rock solid:

Instrument billet protector
Hand guards
Foldaway mirrors
Anti-vibe bar inserts
Bar risers with Scotts damper mount (not damper not included)
Top clamp with 2 switches (one to waterproof double USB plug, and the other to a voltmeter - check the battery and means you’ve always got one when on a trip).

Bike has been serviced regularly by Klaus in Montague Gardens. last service done 50kms ago. Forks serviced (& seals replaced) 2000kms ago.

Bike is in Green Point in Cape Town. Asking R65,000.   R63,000
