Accelerator Modules just arrived in Cape Town.
AM7's in stock again for BMW F800 and R1200's.
Strict EU regulations cause motors to run leaner than optimal. An accelerator Module increases the fuel/air ratio under acceleration (Open Loop Mode) only and does not affect Closed Loop Mode (or constant throttle openings).
Reported benefits:
- cures sensitive throttle (especially on 2008 F800GS)
- improved torque at low rpm
- more power across the rev range
- more fuel makes engine run cooler
- reduces pinging (R1200GS)
- can improve fuel consumption IF extra power is not used all the time
- engine runs smoother
AM 7 will fit any F800 (GS, S, ST, F650/700) or R1200 (GS, GSA, R, RT).
